What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. They let a site remember short-term information, such as whether you have dismissed a notice, and let the site owner understand in aggregate how the site is used.

What we use

We keep this site deliberately light. We do not run advertising networks, social media trackers or profiling tools of any kind.

  • Strictly necessary cookies — used only to keep the site working. These cannot be switched off and do not identify you.
  • No analytics or measurement cookies are currently set on this site.
  • No advertising, retargeting or third-party marketing cookies are used on this site.
  • Fonts, images and stylesheets are served from serviosupport.com itself, so displaying a page needs no request to any third-party font or design provider.

How we measure use of the site

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are useful. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device and cannot follow you to other websites, so there is no tracking to consent to.

To do this your browser loads a small script from static.cloudflareinsights.com and sends one measurement to cloudflareinsights.com. Cloudflare therefore processes your IP address in order to deliver and measure the page; it is not used to build an advertising profile and is not shared with anyone else. If your browser blocks scripts, every part of this site still works.

If we ever replace this with a tool that does set a cookie or identify individuals, we will ask for your consent before it runs, and update this page first.

Managing your choice

Because we set no optional cookies, there is currently nothing to consent to and no preferences panel to configure. You can still block or delete cookies in your browser settings — every major browser lets you do this per site.

Blocking strictly necessary cookies may mean parts of the site do not behave as expected. If we introduce optional cookies in future, a consent notice and a preferences control will appear before any are set.

Forms and email

The enquiry form on our contact page does not set tracking cookies. Submitting it sends your details to our form delivery provider, FormSubmit, which forwards them to our email system; they are then handled under our Privacy Policy.

Changes

If we add or remove a cookie we will update this page and, where the change affects your choices, ask for your consent again. Questions about cookies can go to hello@serviosupport.com.

This page is a plain-English summary of our practices. It is not legal advice, and it does not replace the signed scope of work that governs an engagement.
