Servio Support Services Ltd is a business support company based in Oldham, Greater Manchester. We were set up in 2024 to give smaller organisations the kind of support function larger firms take for granted, without the cost of building one.
Why we exist
In a business of ten people, the administration usually lands on whoever has the least time to protect. It gets done late, in evenings, or not at all — and the cost shows up as missed invoices, lapsed certificates and decisions made without the numbers.
Servio exists to take that work off the owner's desk permanently, with the same discipline a larger company would apply: written scopes, a named contact, and a record of what was done.
We hand everything back documented if you ever bring the work in house. Nothing we do should be difficult to take over.

Every engagement starts with a document listing exactly what we take on, and what stays with you.
One named lead
You deal with a person, not a queue. They know your suppliers, your systems and your deadlines.
Monthly reporting
One pack each month: what was done, what is due, and what needs a decision from you.
No lock-in
Rolling monthly agreements. Records handed back in order if you stop or take the work in house.
