Our commitment to making serviosupport.com usable for everyone, and what to do if something is not working for you.

Our commitment

We want this website to be usable by as many people as possible, including people using screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, screen magnification or voice control. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 at level AA.

What we have done

The site has been built with accessibility in mind rather than retrofitted.

  • Text and background colours meet or exceed the required contrast ratios
  • Every page works at 200% zoom and reflows on small screens without horizontal scrolling
  • The site can be navigated by keyboard, with a skip link to the main content and visible focus indicators on links, buttons and form fields
  • Form fields have permanent visible labels and clearly marked required fields
  • Illustrations carry text descriptions, and decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers
  • Headings follow a logical order so screen reader users can navigate by structure
  • Interactive controls are at least 44 pixels tall on small screens

Known limitations

We are aware of the following and are working on them.

  • Some illustrations convey context that is summarised rather than fully described in text
  • The enquiry form relies on the browser's own validation messages, which are announced less clearly by some screen readers than a custom error summary would be
  • Any third-party map embed added in future may not be fully keyboard accessible; the address is always given as text alongside it

Getting information another way

If any part of this site is not working for you, we will supply the same information another way at no cost — by email, as a large-print document, or read out over the phone if you leave us a number to call. Tell us what format suits you and we will use it for future correspondence too.

Reporting a problem

Email hello@serviosupport.com with the page address and a short description of the problem. We aim to reply within five working days and to fix confirmed accessibility issues within 30 days.

Enforcement

If you are not satisfied with how we respond, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service, which provides free advice on equality and accessibility matters in the United Kingdom.

How we test

We test pages with keyboard-only navigation, at 200% zoom, at mobile widths down to 320 pixels and with automated contrast checks resolved through the browser's own colour engine. This statement was last reviewed on 18 September 2026 and is reviewed whenever the site changes substantially.

This page is a plain-English summary of our practices. It is not legal advice, and it does not replace the signed scope of work that governs an engagement.

Something here unclear?

Ask us before you sign anything. We would rather answer a question twice than have it misunderstood once.
